Step 1 patches are for people that smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day.

If you smoke LESS than 10 cigarettes a day, weigh less than 100lbs (45kg), have Heart Disease AND your Doctor still recommends Nicorette Patches, then do NOT use Step 1 patches. Start with Step 2 patches for 6 weeks and then switch to Step 3 for the final 2-4 weeks.

All boxes have expiry dates of 01/2011 or better.
